OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES.  

1. No purchase necessary / MEMBERSHIP IS NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN PRIZE DRAWING.  

2. Eligibility for Promotion: Automatic entries: None Manual entries: as provided herein. Participation is limited to eligible persons who are 18 years and older, current US Community Credit Union (“Credit Union”) members who reside in the state of Tennessee, and residents who live, work, worship or attend school in Davidson, Rutherford, Wilson, Williamson and/or Sumner counties. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The promotion period begins on October 12, 2019 and ends on December 20, 2019 and applies to entries actually received by the Credit Union during this period. Employees, Board Members, and Committee Members of the Credit Union and their immediate family residing in a single household are not eligible. All winners will be notified by the Credit Union and must be in attendance at the December 23, 2019 award celebration. If any prize is unclaimed, or a finalist is unable to be present to win, an alternate winner will be chosen.  

3. Prizes: The Credit Union will award a total of five (5) prizes consisting of the following:  

• Grand Prize: 2013 Hybrid 4-door sedan Honda Civic with approximately 90,000 miles 
• $250 cash 
• $250 cash 
• $250 cash 
• $250 cash  

4. Entries: Only one entry per person. Eligibility for this prize promotion is based upon:

• Entries received at any Credit Union branch location that include the participants name, phone number, birthday, address and email address. Must be 100% legible to be qualify as an entry 
• Entries received at any community event where Credit Union employees are taking entries. The participant must include their name, phone number, birthday, address and email address and it must be 100% legible to qualify as an entry 
• Entries received online using the Credit Union QR code. Online form must be filled out in its entirety to qualify as an entry 
• Entries received by mail. Participants may send in a 3”by 5” card and mail it to PO Box 140570 Nashville, TN 37214. The postage-paid card must include entrants name, phone number, birthday, address and email address and must be 100% legible to qualify as an entry. One entry per envelope. Only mail entries received during promotional period will be accepted. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted. Mechanically and electronically reproduced write-in entries or entries submitted via any third party not directly affiliated with the Credit Union will not be accepted. Entries are limited to a maximum of one per individual; multiple mail entries do not increase odds of winning. The Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage-due mail entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.  

5. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  

6. Photographs: By accepting a prize, winner(s) consent to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.  

7. Taxes and Assessments: Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed on the winner of any prize in this promotion.  

8. Release of Claims: All winners, members of any winners household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and it directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death.  

9. Name: The name of the prize-winner will be posted at all Credit Union branches and will be published in the Credit Union's newsletter, and other information resources (including the Credit Union's website). Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entrants received on December 23, 2019. The selection of a prizewinner hereunder will be final.

CONTEST PROMOTION RULES.  

No purchase or membership necessary to participate. Must be 18 years of age or older and live, work, worship or attend school in Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson, Wilson or Sumner counties.
